Along the shore

Paintings are delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of ordering. Delivery time for available paintings is 7 to 10 working days. For custom-made paintings, the delivery / realization time is 4 to 5 weeks. Delivery costs will be indicated at the end of your order process. The Seller reminds you that when the Customer takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Customer.

In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 15-day cooling-off period. During this period, you may return the works to me (return postage costs will be at your expense). Reimbursement will be made within 15 days of receipt of the artwork.  Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be remarketed in new condition; if possible, they should be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations regarding the product to be returned.

The acquisition of an artwork does not give any right of representation, diffusion or reproduction to its purchaser. Only the artist Katharina Paillot retains the right to her creation. Any use of the visuals of the works must be subject to a request for authorization.
