Bank transfer or PayPal

Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. Send me an email to artkiroe@gmail.com indicating which painting you are interested in and your full contact details (name, address, phone number, etc.). I will then send you a quote including shipping costs and my bank/PayPal account details.

The artworks are delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. Delivery time is 7 to 10 business days for available paintings. For custom paintings, the delivery/production time is 4 to 5 weeks. Shipping costs will be displayed at the end of your order. The Seller reminds the Customer that the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to them upon physical delivery.

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 15-day withdrawal period. During this period, you may return the artwork (return shipping costs will be your responsibility). The refund will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the artwork. Returned products must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be resold as new; they should, if possible, be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations regarding the product to be returned.

The purchase of a work of art does not grant the buyer any rights of representation, distribution, or reproduction. Only the artist, Katharina Paillot, retains the rights to her creation. Any use of the artwork's image must be authorized.
